Sedir Island consists of 3 islands, Cleopatra Island, Central Island and Small Island. Its former name is Kedrai Island. The bay on Sedir Island is one of the most incredible places in the world. What is found on the floor of the beach is not sand, but fossils that have accumulated there for billions of years, but they look like sand because they are empty inside. You will enjoy the pleasant hours you will spend in this unique place.
Fossils are a natural treatment for our guests with rheumatism, thanks to the electric current they emit. The island is surrounded by olive groves. This tour, where you will completely get rid of the chaos and stress of the city, is definitely the perfect opportunity for you!
It is believed that the Egyptian Queen Cleopatra took a bath here with Mark Anthony after visiting her Roman lover in Mersin Tarsus. It is thought that they sailed and anchored here. It is thought that Mark Anthony brought sand from North Africa for his lover.
Cleopatra Island, which is known for being a natural wonder besides all this historical background, is a very suitable opportunity to swim and enjoy the sea to the fullest.
